From the outside, management jobs look luxurious with a private office, a company car, a lavish salary, and work trips abroad.
In practice, middle management is often the most demanding and burnout-inducing role. Managers are caught in the middle, under constant pressure from senior leadership to meet ambitious goals, while their teams don’t always have the capacity or resources to meet those expectations. On top of that, they must juggle ongoing interactions with customers, suppliers, and other executives across the organization, all while balancing responsibilities at home and with their families.
After several years in the organization, when you have already taken on a range of broad roles, a sense of exhaustion and repetition emerges at all interfaces. Internal organizational politics, slow promotion, and a lack of vision for the near future become increasingly apparent.

In my book, DreamPloyment, I describe a series of red flags that signal when it may be time to change roles advance within an organization. These include trends, events, and patterns that you may not have previously given much importance
Just as one swallow does not make a summer, one or two phenomena do not necessarily signal that you're ending your career in your company. However, the accumulation of several signs, gut feelings, and changes in the global market can certainly indicate that you need to sharpen your job search skills. For example: you raise concerns about a new competitor, management takes no action, and within weeks you are no longer included in key discussions, only to be reassigned to a peripheral project such as welfare.
When several signs like these begin to appear, it may be time to start exploring new opportunities or considering internal mobility. It is always preferable to conduct a job search while your salary is still secured and without financial pressure. The search should be handled discreetly. Approach several headhunters from your industry. Candidates who explore opportunities while still employed are often perceived as proactive and in demand. As a result, they typically enter salary negotiations from a stronger position, without the urgency or stress of unemployment.
Don’t work too hard to conceal the fact that you are exploring new jobs. Organizations routinely refresh their workforce, and in some cases, your employer may even welcome your interest in advancing within the organization or beyond it.

So what is the 30-60 Transformation Plan?
Greetings! So, you've realized it's time to move on. What do you do now? How do you move forward, who do you turn to?
At your age, 30-60, just as you may have forgotten how to go on a date and what to say, your job-hunting skills also may be pretty rusty and really, really, outdated.

For another job.
-
For a more senior position in the organization.
-
To move to a field, industry, or role that is more accurate for you, your experience, and your passions.

-
To enjoy the benefit of a day job with some extra income from a side business.
-
If you are on a maternity leave, sabbatical, between roles, or in a cooling-off period.
-
People in a midlife reflection period that took programs in empowerment, entrepreneurship, motivation and personal development.
The program is personalized and designed individually for each participant, combining a set of core milestones with tailored modules that fine-tune your career transformation. Bonus Sessions: 2
In addition, I will give you two bonus sessions to polish your personal skills in accordance with :your roadmap, from the following topics
Financial Management
Crucial for professionals struggling with mortgages, debt, expenditures, or a high-cost lifestyle, especially during extended unemployment or temporarily low income.
Mental Resilience Workshop
A practical workshop focused on identifying the internal "demons" that influence our behavior and learning how to rewire thought patterns to support clearer, more creative decision-making.
The session also addresses crisis management across work, family, and health, explores strategies for building multiple income streams, and includes guidance on developing personal and organizational continuity plans.
Organizational Politics
One of the most critical skills in senior and executive roles is the ability to navigate internal politics effectively. This module focuses on building influence, communicating achievements strategically, and advancing within organizational environments.
Q1 - First Quarter in the Position
A structured plan for launching your first quarter in a new role or business, with an emphasis on learning, understanding organizational structures, and identifying visible and hidden forces in order to position yourself effectively in your company.
Q2 - Second Quarter in the Position
By the second quarter, you are ready to take initiatives and make meaningful decisions. We provide hands-on support in planning, executing, and taking ownership of projects, amplifying your impact and strengthening your organizational standing.
First Management Role
Transitioning from managing resources (projects, products, accounts, or clients) to leading people requires a fundamental shift in mindset. In this session, we build a practical leadership toolbox that combines control mechanisms, performance, management, and clear routines for both day-to-day leadership and crisis situations.
Entrepreneurship
Moving from a secure, high-income role to the uncertainty of a new business is a major leap. Together, we develop the entrepreneurial mindset, align cash flow with business realities, manage burn rate, and build financial reserves that support sustainable growth.
Public Appearance
Many managers struggle to communicate effectively in front of an audience. In the session, we will polish body language, stage presence, audience engagement, tone of voice, presentation delivery, and objection handling – all supported by simulations.
Networking
While many consultants push toward high investing in social media and digital advertising, my experience shows that real success comes from engagement opportunities: creating multiple, high-quality points of face-to-face interaction. This module focuses on the art of networking as a strategic tool for engaging senior, influential, and audiences at eye level and in a natural, authentic way.
Writers and Content Creators
One of the most effective ways to leverage decades of accumulated knowledge is by transforming it into information products. Books, lectures, and consulting can become meaningful and profitable income streams. In this session, we share the methodologies behind writing, publishing, and positioning content based on my own experience and work with other authors.
Removing Barriers
Ambitious professionals and entrepreneurs may encounter obstacles along the way. Some are external, such as environment, family, or access to funding, and others internal, rooted in limiting beliefs and assumptions. In this session, we identify these barriers and develop practical strategies to overcome them.
Relocation and Soft Landing
An international career is an important part of your professional development. But it is a significant family event that may also undermine your relationships, mental health, and proximity to centers of influence in the organization. We will help you plan, manage, and maximize the relocation process from conditions and execution to long-term positioning and return home.
Business Models
Modern business relationships extend far beyond traditional buying and selling. In the era of the “death of ownership,” options include franchising, exits, equity participation, licensing, distribution rights, leasing, and cloud-based models. In this workshop, we tailor the business and legal model that maximizes your long-term value.
Awareness in Four Dimensions
As part of the transformation process, we sometimes encounter a behavioral pattern or deep avoidance that blocks the change. In this session, we will "peel off" the masks and conscious layers to reveal the subconscious drivers operating behind the scenes, allowing you to break through internal boundaries and unlock the next level of success.
